How's it going with those resolutions so far? If you are like me, I've kept most, trying to start a new routine, but missed a few here and there. That's normal. If we want to make long lasting change, we'll have to recommit on a daily basis.
One way I use to keep my focus in front of me is to write my 10 daily habits down in numerous places where I will see them over and over throughout the day. Because of that, I've remembered to take my daily vitamins each day so far in 2009. I currently am using a picture of a beach with my 10 habits printed over it so that I also have a beautiful picture to look at. Additionally, I printed out a new nightly schedule for myself and did the same thing. I have it posted in several places so I hold myself accountable for what I want to do at night instead of watching television. Works pretty good so far.
I would love to hear others ideas on keeping committed. Please share.
